It's College Go Spirit Week! Please see the flier and join in on the fun!
On Tuesday, September 24th Dunebrook will be presenting their Body Safety program. Any questions, please reach out to Ms. Methner.
Tuesday, September 24th is our ESA monthly meeting. Please join us at 5pm to help plan for our Fall Fest, which is our biggest event of the year. We need all the support to make this the huge success that it has always been!
1st Grade has a field trip to Johnson's Farm on Wednesday, September 25th.
Mobile Dentist will be here September 25th and September 26th.
3rd Graders will be going on a field trip on Friday, September 27th to the AMC movie theater.
Friday, September 27 we have a home soccer game against Joy. The game will begin at 3:45. There is no soccer practice on Thursday of this week!
If there are any changes to your dismissal plan, please make sure all calls are made prior to 2:00. It is very hard to ensure that messages will be delivered after 2:00. Thank you for your understanding!

Pictures will begin first thing in the morning, so please make sure your child is on time that day!

Important Everyday Reminders
Reminders:
**If you have a new phone number or address, please make sure to let our office know as soon as possible. It is imperative that we are able to reach you in case of any emergency. Thank you so much!
**Drop off/Pickup If you are dropping your child off late, or picking them up early, please make sure you are not parking in the fire lane at the front of the building. This area is reserved for busses, and for emergency vehicles. Thank you!
**If you are changing your child's dismissal plan, please make sure all phone calls and messages are made prior to 2:00. It is very hard to ensure messages are getting received after 2:00.
**If you are dropping your child off in the morning, please know that our doors do not open until 8:25. All parent drop-offs must be done at Door B. Our front entrance is reserved for busses.
**Birthday Celebrations: As a reminder, birthday treats from outside stores are not permitted. Here is the link to view MCAS snack and beverage standards. https://www.mcas.k12.in.us/Page/142 If you would like to order a birthday treat for your student from our food service department, please click here for the order form.
***Volunteers/Pop-Ins: We love having volunteers! Please make sure if you would like to volunteer, a background check must be on file. The form can be found here. Also, if you would like to "pop-in" on your student, the teacher must have a 24-hour notice. Thank you!
Sports Information
There is no soccer practice this Thursday, September 26th!
Co-Ed Soccer begins this week. Practice will be every Tuesday/Thursday until 4:30. An activity bus is available after practice for your child as long as they are signed up for it. Notes from the Nurse
There are still 24 student who are not compliant with immunizations that have not contacted us with appointment dates or signed a waiver. October 1st is when these students will be excluded from school. Several notices have been mailed, and either an email reminder or a phone call has been made to you. Please contact us immediately to get this taken care of.
Mobile dentist will be here 9/25 and 9/26.
