Resources to Help the Whole You
I hope you enjoyed a rejuvenating fall break! Next on the horizon will be the rush of final exams, papers and research projects. The end of the semester can be a time of stress and anxiety for all of us, but please know that Villanova University has resources available to help you cope with any issues that may arise during your time here.
The University Counseling Center and the Student Health Center are wonderful resources that provide confidential services for students. Campus Ministry offers a wealth of opportunities including retreats, worship and service programs. And don't forget about the University's numerous fitness and recreation opportunities, including access to the Davis Center, fitness classes and intramurals.
We so often focus on our academic selves that sometimes we neglect our physical, emotional and spiritual sides. Take time to nourish the whole you, and I know your academic self will benefit!
