Reading Olympics returns to Iron Mountain Public Schools
The Downtown Campus and North Elementary School held the local Reading Olympics competitions this past Friday. Congratulations to all that qualified to compete and to those advancing to Regionals!
Congratulations, Gold Diggers Robotics Team!
The High School Robotics team ranked 18th out of 38 teams this past weekend at the Escanaba competition!
The team was presented with the 2025 Rising All-Star Award, which celebrates the team that has persisted through challenges, despite the difficulties of being young:
"Team 9733 was a team that has dug from the depths and risen from the ashes like a phoenix. They ironed it out in the nick of time. Way to go Team 9733!"
March is Reading Month at North Elementary School!
Join our team!

Congratulations to the Student of the Week, Roland Paugh!
Roland Paugh, ninth grade, is the son of Kerry Lindstrom. Roland is a polite and courteous student, eager to learn and always willing to help others. He is doing quite well in Algebra 1, and has recently shined during Science Olympiad - coming together with another student to take 2nd place. He participates in class, consistently completes his work in a timely manner, and does well on assessments. Keep up the great work Roland, you are a valued member of our Mountaineer Family!
