E-News Week of April 13th

Please advise that the following dates and times are subject to change. Make sure to follow along weekly with the E-News and Announcements that are made on Facebook and during Sunday Morning Service.

Come and join us on Thursday April 17th at 7pm we will be hosting a Service of Remembrance. We will also be observing the Lord's Supper.

Make sure to mark your calendars for April 27th. We will be having our Business Meeting where we will be introducing our Proposed Budget for 2025-2026 and other important matters. We will be meeting in Room S161 after the 10:30am Church service is over.

We just want to give a reminder to please use the Offering Envelopes. The main office has been receiving loose checks and cash, and has been creating a bit of confusion on where the donations need to be designated. You can find the offering envelopes on the back of the seats in front of you or on top of the white offering boxes by the Sanctuary doors. If you do not wish to give by using the envelopes you may go on our website or our church app to give. If you have any more questions please call the Main office.

Sign Ups for Wednesday Night Dinner are Due on Sunday. If you do not sign up on Sunday and come on Wednesday Night we will be asking you to step aside until those who have signed up go through the line. We also ask that you pay the $ 5 for Ind. or $ 20 Family donation at the door, or online.

Our fellowship activity for the month is an egg hunt and other fun games/crafts to celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 20th.

Super Summer 2025 June 16-20 Southwest Baptist University Bolivar Mo. You can pick up your form in the youth room or print and fill out the forms below. All forms are due Wednesday, February 12th.

On the 4th Monday of every month, the Alzheimer's Association meets at 1:00pm here at Parkade. If you have any questions or are interested contact Tom Moore , see below for more information.

Women on Mission will be meeting on Thursday April 10th, at 10 am. If you are interested in joining please reach out to Roberta Collins.

Women on Mission also want to send out a special note in regards to the OCC Boxes.

* Due to increased regulations in many countries, beginning this year all types of soap will no longer be allowed in Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts. Any soap received in shoebox gifts will have to be removed at our Samaritan’s Purse Processing Centers to help ensure the safe delivery of every gift and to avoid any complications with customs.*

The new Blessing Box is in place and is working out wonderfully. We are collecting items once again for those in need, below are the items needed for the box.

Needed items:
Shelf stable milk
Cereals- individual and family size
Canned fruit
Canned vegetables - baked beans, beets, peas, mixed vegetables
Canned meats- tuna , chicken
Packaged rice meals
