Partnering with Families to support all students.
Hello FPCS Families!
December means the holiday season is upon us, but it also means that it is time for mid-year MAP and MClass testing. This is your opportunity to have your children do a "check-in" on their learning and see if there has been growth this year so far. Even if you did not participate in the fall testing, this can still show you growth from the last testing completed even if that was last year. Once again, you also will be able to set up a time with your sponsor teacher to go over results and talk about ways that you can adjust your instruction at home to continue making progress.
In other news, we are excited to announce that we have hired an additional reimbursement assistant for our office and are training in an additional substitute as well. That will help us get the reimbursements out of our office as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that the district office is now down three employees in the accounting department and so the processing time on that end is 6 weeks plus once it has left our office. Our aim is to have all reimbursements approved and turned over to the district within 2 weeks or less once they are turned in.
Finally, I want to thank all of those that came for our roller-skating event last week! We had 78 come for that event and everyone had a lot of fun (minus a few bumps and bruises). We will be having additional events coming up next semester! Be sure to keep your eye out for more information. Next up will be ice fishing!

EVERYONE HAD A GREAT TIME AT OUR ROLLER SKATING COMMUNITY EVENT!
Your patience is appreciated
Thank you to all of our families waiting for their reimbursements. As they are processed they are sent to ASD to complete. ASD has a staff shortage and they are running behind, and they are doing their best to get your reimbursements completed. Thanks again.
