Trimester Two Grades are LIVE on the PowerSchool Parent Portal! Get a sneak peek at how well your student did. Report cards are traditionally distributed during parent conferences. For support on how to access your students PowerSchool Portal account visit SDUSD PowerSchool Parent Portal Website (link).

Next week, student conferences are scheduled for the afternoons each day. School will be dismissed at 12:00PM for Kinder-5th grade and at 11:50 for UTK every day. We're looking forward to seeing you and your student on campus to celebrate all the great progress!

Congratulations to THIRD GRADE for winning Week 1 of the March Madness reading challenge. They read a total of 2,372 pages!

Make your voice heard! As part of our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), parents have the opportunity each year to anonymously share their viewpoints on how effectively the school is meeting their child's needs.

It also provides data on the scope and nature of parent involvement at the school (relationships, activities) and in the child's education in general. CSPS identifies which needs and concerns of parents schools should address in promoting greater involvement. Asking parents to provide their perceptions of the school is an empowering parent-involvement activity.

This week's Student of the Week is Jackson in Mrs. Wilson's class. Jackson is always kind to the rest of his classmates. He works hard everyday and is making amazing progress in reading, writing, and math. Jackson always raises his hand to share his ideas with the class. Thank you, Jackson, for being such an incredible Falcon by exemplifying what it means to be a leader at Fletcher Elementary School!
