Note from the Principals
We are looking forward to seeing our HHES students and families at next week's Community Fair and Back to School event. We hope that you are able to join us. The Community Fair begins at 5 p.m. We will have food trucks on site, if you would like to purchase dinner. We will have our local library, community youth sports teams, and scouts on site so you can connect with our community partners about after-school activities. Our PWT will be on site selling spirit wear and you will be able to pick up supply boxes if you pre-ordered them. We will also have the Department of Health Immunization van on site. The DOH is able to provide any vaccinations your child is missing. If you are interested in having your child complete any immunizations, you can pre-register for a time here.
Class assignments will be posted at the community fair and students in grades 1 - 5 will be able to meet their teacher between 6 and 7 p.m. TK and K students and their families are welcome to attend the Community Fair, but will not be able to meet their teacher on August 24. TK and K families will get a call next week to schedule an initial parent-teacher meeting between August 30 - September 1.
We are looking forward to a great school year! Thank you for your support and partnership!
~ Meredith and Michael
