Langston Letters
February 10th -February 14th
Dear Families and Students,
Thank you for attending our Black History Month assembly and celebrating Langston Hughes' birthday with us. Our students were exceptional as they showcased their talents through song, dance, and poetry. Their performances were truly inspiring and a testament to their hard work and dedication.
It is vital that our students learn about the achievements of Black people in this country and continue to strive, as our namesake Langston Hughes believed we could. I celebrate our students and all the families who came out to support and celebrate with us.
Your presence made this event even more special, and we look forward to more opportunities to come together as a community.
As a reminder, please review the calendar for our Spirit Week ( January 10th-14th) daily dress code.
ATTENDANCE MATTERS-SHOW-UP & SHOW-OUT!
With gratitude
