Fall Focus
Parents, Teachers, and Students
As we near the end of first semester we want to share how proud we are of everything our students and staff have accomplished thus far, and to encourage each other to focus on achieving the best possible learning outcomes and showing up for our students.
Reminder, if students miss 10 or more days in the semester or 5 or more days for a quarter class they will need to make up seat time. Speak with teachers early and often regarding seat time to avoid getting an FA (Fail for Attendance) for the class.
The EOC Prep Rally has been changed to Thursday Dec 12, from 3:50 - 6:50 pm. Permission forms will be sent home with your student and via Bright Arrow, and transportation can be provided.

Military Child of the Year
Every year Operation Homefront awards a Military Child of the Year®. The awards are open to active duty, retired, and National Guard children. One child from each branch (7 recipients in all) receives $10,000 CASH, a laptop, other donated goodies, and a 3-day trip to Washington, DC with their families.
Anyone that knows a military child can nominate any military child. You may even nominate your own children. The program is entirely FREE and exclusive to military children.
Click the Operation Homefront MCOY button below for details.
Nominations accepted until December 2.
Bobcat Angel Tree
Many community programs that help young children during the holidays are not available to high school age students. To support our Bobcat students and families in need we created the Bobcat Angel Tree. This tree is open to individuals, teams, clubs, you and your neighbors. All you have to do is take a bobcat off the tree and purchase the gift written on the angel.
Deliver all items, wrapped and ready to gift to our social worker Mrs. Olson or the front office by December 13. Gifts will be distributed to parents on December 18.
Thank you for being someone's angel.
