I wish you nothing but the best - enjoy the journey!

Field Day
Our students enjoyed their day Friday. The positive energy and respect for our greater community at the YMCA and movie theater was appreciated. Thank you to all Port Susan staff, students and parent volunteers for making it a day to remember. Congratulations for a successful 2023-2024 school year!
Final Band Concert
The progress Mr. Bletscher makes with our band students each and every year is amazing. They put on quite a show. Thank you for the night of entertainment and all you do throughout the year!
Choir Concert
This was our first choir concert for quite some time. The students were WONDERFUL and it was fun to see them enjoying the experience. Thank you to the families that came out to support music!
Pickleball
Ask your kids about pickleball! We had guests from the Stanwood/Camano Pickleball Association come visit Port Susan for a second time this year. They are a fantastic group of people who are passionate about pickleball. They shared their expertise and gave our students a chance to practice and develop their skills as well. The SCPA and Selkirk made a kind donation of 20 new paddles and some hybrid pickleballs to help build our program. We are hoping to have 3 outdoor courts painted over the summer so we can play even more. We have quite a few kids with natural talent and excitement for the game. We hope they get a chance to share what they learned with you. Pickleball is a great lifelong activity that the whole family can play. Thanks to our guests and the kids for a great pickleball experience. Enjoy your summer. We hope you get a chance to play!
Talent Show
Our students have the opportunity to show off their talents! This event will happen the last day of school Tuesday June 18th. Schedule for that final day of school can be found HERE.
Yearbook distribution MONDAY morning!
PSMS Sports
Fall sports are Boys/Girls XC (grades 6-8) and Girls Soccer (grades 7-8)

What’s New in the PSMS Library?
Staff Shout Out: Mrs. Rocha
This is my 10th year at PSMS and I've taught 7th and 8th grade math. My favorite thing about PSMS is the staff. When I am not at PSMS I am usually watching my girls' sports or boating.

YMCA child care survey
The Stanwood-Camano YMCA believes our community is stronger when all children have the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve.
Their school-age care program impacts youth by guiding them through skill development, positive relationships, and inspiring opportunities to explore and discover.
To ensure that they are prepared to meet the needs of families and students, please consider completing this survey.
Your responses will help the YMCA better understand how they can design our programs to meet your needs.
