Here is what you can expect the day of the Freshmen Welcome..

1. Meet Link Leaders
2. Tour the campus
3. Learn CHS Core Values (H.A.W.K.S.)
4. Receive Preliminary Schedule (Freshmen not in attendance can pick up their schedules starting at 11:30am)
5. Take ID picture

Parents: (PAC)

1. Go Over General Information
2. Purchase Yearbook and CSB Sticker
3. Purchase PE Clothes/CHS Apparel (cash or check only)

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors-

You may pick up your preliminary schedules on Thursday, August 8th 2024 outside the Attendance windows anytime between

Incase you missed the opportunity to purchase you Freshmen Welcome Package here is your chance!! The order form is attached below and can be turned into our Finance Office. The last day to purchase a Freshmen Welcome Package is Friday, August 16th.

Attached below is the order form for the 2024-2025 T-Shirt package. This package includes shirts for several different games & activities here on campus!

Athletic Registration instructions are attached below and are also available on our website. You must create an account at https:// sportsmethost.com/centennialhs-parent with your email address and password. Your OLD Universal Identification number), exact spelling of your first and last name as it appears on official school records, and health insurance information with policy ID# are required. The registration process cannot be completed without a visit to a doctor's office. The "Physical Examination Form" is available below or on our website at https://centennial. kernhigh.org. Your family physician must fill out and sign the examination form that will then need to be uploaded to your Sports.Net account that you previously created. The athletics office will not accept paper copies of the physical form. Continue logging into your account to check your status as well as your email for clearance confirmation.

In order to attend any of our dances or activities each student must turn in an Activity Contract. An activity contract is good for 1 school year. Attached below is the contract or you can pick one up in our Activities Office.
