Skip the Lines - Preorder Your Pizza Bingo Pizzas & Supplies by Jan. 24!

Friday, January 24 is the last day to preorder your pizza and Bingo supplies for Pizza Bingo on January 31! Please visit TrilliumCreekPTA.org to place your order. A limited amount of single pizza slices will be available at the event. Preordering means you can skip the lines at the event and focus on family fun. Order at the PTA Website.

TCPS Science Inquiry and Engineering Fair 2020

Ask yourself: What do I want to learn more about?

All Trillium Creek students are encouraged to enter a project in the TCPS Science Inquiry Fair. Students may work on projects individually or in groups. Our science fair is non-competitive and is a forum to highlight student inquiry projects. The project may be of one of the following types: Experimental, Observational, Models/Designs, or Inquiry/Research. Entry forms are due by Friday, January 24th. Science Fair packets can be picked up in the office or library.

Please see the link to a preview of a Morning Meeting lesson that will be taught on Friday February 7th by our district nurse. It addresses disease prevention standards (including HIV prevention) for Kindergarten-5th grade students. If you choose to opt your child out of this lesson, please print and complete the opt-out form below and give it to your child's teacher by February 3rd.

Registration for the Dual Language Program is an online Application of Interest Form. You can ONLY fill this form out online. Dual Language Form. The registration deadline is at 4:00 PM on January 31, 2020. If you need assistance completing the online registration form, please contact us here in the office. The Dual Language lottery will take place on February 7, 2020.

A Dual Language Information Meeting will be held at Trillium Creek Primary School on January 16, 6:30-8:00 pm.

Do you have extra cans and bottles you need to turn in? Walmart is allowing Trillium Creek along with Rosemont, Athey Creek, Stafford, Meridian, and Cedar Oak, to turn in Cans, plastics, and glass at their West Linn location.

Drop box located at the end of the check out aisle inside the store. If you have glass, simply use the machine outside, write our school name on the paper print out, and take it to customer service.

If you don’t already, start saving your cans/plastic/glass bottles and turn them in. We get $.10 a can in return. What an easy way to make some money for our school!

We’re Switching to SchoolPay for Online and Credit Card Payments — Register NOW!

Starting February 3, all online payments made in West Linn-Wilsonville schools will be made through SchoolPay with the exception of certain high school items. This includes Nutrition Services payments, athletic fees, primary enrichment classes, and all other school fees that are paid online.

To learn more about SchoolPay, and to create your account to begin making payments, please visit the School Pay website, or visit the district website for more information. Once you have created your account, you will need your student’s student ID number to register. SchoolPay allows families to pay for any and all school fees or payments in one place. SchoolPay also allows families to view past and relevant payment history.

Families can use SchoolPay for online payments immediately with the exception of Nutrition Services and certain high school items. Nutrition Services payments will continue to be paid through K12 Payment Center until February 3, at which point nutrition services payments will be made exclusively through SchoolPay.

Free Immunization Clinic Available for WLWV Families on February 5

Clackamas County Health, Housing, and Human Services Department will host a free childhood immunization clinic from 4-6:30 p.m. on February 5 at Boones Ferry Primary, 11495 SW Wilsonville Road, Wilsonville.

Vaccines will be provided free of charge to children with no health insurance, OHP or children with insurance that does not cover the cost of immunizations. Walk-in only, no appointments available. We will have all immunizations required by the State of Oregon for children. Please bring any immunization records you have to the clinic. A parent or guardian must be present to sign an authorization form for children under 15 years of age.

Note: If the West Linn Wilsonville School District is closed due to inclement weather, the clinic will be cancelled. No health insurance is required to get this free flu shot. For questions, call 503-655-8799.

Pacific Northwest Sports Pass

Are your children interested in doing sports? Pacific Northwest families whose children are qualified for free/reduced lunch programs are encouraged to apply for up to $150 of after-school sports registration fees.The Pacific Northwest Pass Program features a simple-to-use process for getting your child registered for sports. Their goal is to provide families the resources to bring and keep activity in the lives of their kids. See the flyer for additional information!

It’s that time of year again! We’re excited for the start to our new season of Girls on the Run at Trillium! This year practices will be held after school onsite from 2:30 - 4:00 Monday and Wednesday beginning March 2nd. Lottery registration begins January 15th.
