Post show, it will be all hands on deck to tear down/clean up after the show. This is mandatory! There will be assignments provided from the PAC. This includes all Tallenette families!

The specific assignments will come week of show

We are prepared to support our football team should our exciting playoff journey continue Friday, December 6th. The dress rehearsal would be rescheduled to Wednesday, and the performance would be moved to Thursday evening. Tickets will be transferred to the new date, and the PAC will provide instructions for requesting a refund for attendees who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance.

Should we implement this plan, please be prepared for potential afternoon/evening rehearsals on Monday and Tuesday to make up for any lost rehearsal time. A calendar block has been set aside during the intensive show prep period to accommodate situations like this.

Please remember that we have not one, but TWO trainers that are assigned to drill team and cheer. Most of you have never met our fabulous trainers because most of you have not been injured! Their names are Joe and Britanee and they are AWESOME! Their clinic for drill team is located above the new station in the PAC.

In addition to injury treatment, they can help provide guidance on exercises for injury prevention and recovery.

If you find that you are injured or need to sit out, a doctor's note must be provided. The doctor's note will be shared with our trainers to help us develop the best plan moving forward.

As a reminder, the second payment of $228 is due on 12/16 via schoolpay.

If you wish to compete a solo, please fill out this google form by FRIDAY. Each Soloist is responsible for entry fees ($130 per contest). We will not register you until payment has cleared. We will communicate directly to students who express interest regarding payment next steps, deadlines, etc.

We are undecided on whether or not we will take solos to Nationals

We will be learning team contemporary 12/10-12/11 during AM rehearsal, no calendar additions are needed for Choreo at this time

As some of you may know, Band is hosting a meeting for the Tournament of Roses trip. While we are going on the trip, we are not participating in the meeting because we will not have team rosters until March. In March, we will have our own version of this meeting. In addition, trip details including cost, contract, and other information will be distributed at the audition meeting in February. The cost will be similar as band.

Silver Stars are an extension of the Escadrille so they will have the option to attend next year!

For the month of November, we are hosting a box drive with Toys for Texans. We are in need of any sort of used books, gently used toys, board games, etc. to help provide for children in need.

5 books = 1 merit/service hour

1 toy = 1 merit/service hour

1 board game = 1 merit/service hour

Progressive Dinner is a fun Tallenette Tradition!

This event is organized by our social board alongside the ATBC
