Our staff at East has been trained in Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. We are a "Leader in Me" school. This means we believe that EVERY child can be a leader. We are infusing the 7 Habits into our curriculum and culture! You will see monthly newsletters on the East Elementary Website to share more about Leader in Me and how you can begin teaching these habits at home as well! There will be habit challenges that you can participate in as a family. This first newsletter is an introduction to the 7 Habits.
