Student Spotlight
Congrats to Mykola H.
The Livonia Career Technical Center staff selected Mykola as a Livonia Rotary Vocational student award recipient. The Livonia Rotary Club will honor three Livonia Career Technical Center students with exemplary work skills and outstanding character traits this year. The Rotary Vocational Service student award is given to Livonia High School students who are committed to learning vocational employment skills while completing their academic education. It is for students who demonstrate honesty in work, life, and school. It is for students who can lead and be a part of a work team where the team's needs come before the personal needs of the leaders. It is for students who practice the Rotary 4 -Way Test concepts in their academic life.

STEVENSON HIGH SCHOOL sign brought back
Alumni will remember the Stevenson sign that once graced the old auditorium. While the large metal Spartan could not be salvaged during the construction of the new Performing Arts Center, the original lettering has been carefully restored for future generations to enjoy. A heartfelt thank you goes to our Industrial Arts teacher, Mr. Mark Brydan, and class of 2024 Alumni and Student Body President, Drew Buatti, for dedicating their time over the summer to restore and rehang the original letters in the halls of Stevenson.

All absences are recorded in the ParentConnect program which can be viewed by parents/guardians using the designated login. Please refer to the SHS Attendance Policy.
ARRIVING LATE TO SCHOOL
Students who arrive more than ten (15) minutes late to1st hour should check-in with our security team (Blueline) or the Attendance office (main office) office. The parent or guardian should report late arrivals using the Google Doc here. Students who miss fifteen (15) minutes or more of a particular class period will be marked absent for that class.
CHECKING OUT OF SCHOOL
Students who need to check out during the school day must have a parent/guardian report their absence here to get a pass before school begins or bring a note from their parents or guardian to their Assistant Principal's office prior to their first hour. The note must contain the name of the student, date of absence, time of departure, parent signature, and contact number. Students who miss fifteen (15) minutes or more of a particular class period will be marked absent for that class.
