Early Release Wednesdays Begin This Week
If you usually pick up your students at 3:30 and are able to pick them up at 1:50 at Wednesdays, please follow your usual procedure for carpool or walk up dismissal. If you are able to pick up at 1:50 pm, please do so, as this allows more of our staff to participate in professional development.
If you usually pick up your students at 3:30 but are not able to pick them up at 1:50 on Wednesdays, we will provide free supervision until you arrive at 3:30. Our non-teaching staff will provide this supervision, allowing students time to complete homework, read, and participate in other activities. At this time, no registration is needed. You may pick up anytime before 3:30 pm, and please come to the front desk to pick up your child.
If your students usually participate in the Operation Breakthrough program after-school, we will provide supervision at school until the bus arrives around 3:30 to pick them up.
If your students are registered for Camp Fire, they will be dismissed straight to Camp Fire at 1:50 pm. You will pick them up according to your usual procedure.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
Dismissal Reminders
A few reminders about dismissal:
- All students who are not in Camp Fire aftercare must be picked up by 3:45 pm.
- In order to limit disruption to our dismissal procedure and to make sure all students are dismissed from the building safely, students may not be picked up early from the lobby between 3:10-3:30 pm.
- For students enrolled in Camp Fire, the earliest pickup available is 4 pm.
