8th grade graduation announcement

8th Grade Parents and Guardians,

We will be creating a slideshow to be shown at the 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony. If you would like your student's picture to be included in the slideshow please complete the form below, and upload your photos.

Your student must login using their Microsoft Teams credential to complete the form.

The deadline to submit your pictures is: May 6, 2022.

1. One young/baby picture of the graduate

2. One current/recent picture of the graduate

(OSS dress down day dress code guidelines will apply)

3. One picture of Parent/Guardian/Family holding congratulations signs for the graduate

Please be advised the slideshow participation is optional. Graduation attendance is not required to participate in the slideshow.
