Sam Rotella Jr.
Sam is the Superintendent of the Southern Tioga School District in north-central Pennsylvania. He has taught first and fourth grades, served as a PreK Counts Coordinator and elementary principal. Sam has a passion for developing the collective capacity of an organization and creating a culture of teacher leaders.

Katherine Eglesia
Katherine Eglesia is an elementary teacher in the Southern Tioga School District, Pennsylvania. Her current educational interests include teacher leadership and creating an engaged learning environment for her students. Katherine is married to Joe who is a K-12 principal in the same district and has a 13 year old daughter named Emma Kate. Together they enjoy traveling, especially to the beach.

Joe Eglesia
Joe is the principal at Liberty Elementary School and North Penn - Liberty Jr./Sr. High School in the Southern Tioga School District, which is located in north-central Pennsylvania. He has taught middle school language arts and various senior high language arts courses, including journalism, advanced composition, and Advanced English 11. He has also been a high school dean of students. Joe is currently focused on learning about elementary literacy, how to fulfill a learner-driven vision, and empowering students and teachers.
