Important for Families Seeking Bus Transportation for Next Year
Dear Families
In an effort to eliminate unnecessary bus stops and to streamline our bus routes we are requiring families to complete this google form for each student enrolled in BWRSD.
If you do not complete this form by June 20, 2025 your student will not be included in the transportation rosters for this upcoming September.
Should circumstances change at any point during the school year you can request transportation by filling out a transportation form or a change of stop request found on our District Website.
Please use this link to access the Survey: https://forms.gle/oTL3Ju8CEfjU4bfZA

Stem Egg Drop Challenge
Fourth and Fifth graders completed a STEM Egg Drop Challenge. Groups worked through the engineering process by designing, creating and testing their egg carriers. Our 4 final designs were dropped from the ladder truck, three of the four designs successfully landed without cracking the egg inside.
Need a Yearbook?
If you still wish to purchase a yearbook we have copies available for $25. Contact the RW office for availability. Once we run out, you can still order online by clicking the link below. The year book will get shipped directly to your address.

All Chromebooks/Ipads and chargers must be returned by the last day of school for students currently in Grades k-4. Families will be billed for any unreturned equipment. Only students currently in Grade 5 will take their Chromebooks home over the summer to use at KMS in the next school year. If your child is not moving on to KMS their chromebooks must be returned.

Rockwell Luau End of Year Party
Rockwell Luau End of Year Party
A big thank you to everyone for showing up at yesterday’s LUAU and celebrating another great year at Rockwell!
Special thanks to our vendors who each made such generous contributions including Portside and Bristol House of Pizza for the delicious food and DJ Scotty P for bringing the vibes!
The 50/50 raffle was a new activation for the LUAU and the participation far exceeded our expectations. We were truly blown away by your support. A sincere thank you to our awesome families for continuing to support the PTO’s initiatives and Rockwell School, and a big congratulations to our lucky winner, Cloe Dyer!
Learn More About The PTO!
The PTO works to enrich Rockwell students’ education and experience with programs such as special assemblies, presentations, after school clinics and field trips. Last fall the organization committed $25,000 to the new playground and pledged to raise an equal amount over the course of the 2025-2026 school year. Your support of events throughout the year, and in large part the Glow Run, made it possible to achieve this goal while maintaining our support of the faculty and school programs.
The PTO is open for all parents to join and participate at will. We meet September - June (typically the first Tuesday of every month from 6:30-7:30pm in the school library. Stay tuned for our first September meeting, which may be September 9th). Please feel free to attend and partake in the conversation!
