Message from your school counselor - Lakisha Bostick
Happy Friday! We are so excited that we were able to celebrate 127 9th and 10th grade students for making the A and AB Honor Roll for the 1st quarter. Students received certificates today and enjoyed an ice cream treat during their lunch period. We also had a drawing and one 9th grade student and one 10th grade student received a drawstring backpack. We will recognize all students grade 9-12 after the first semester grades are finalized, after the Winter Break. Next week, Tuesday, November 5th is election day and DPS will be closed. NCCU will operate on a normal schedule. Please plan to get your student to campus for their classes. Also, we fall back on Sunday. Remember to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday.
