2024 Oktoberfest!
Tickets for Sale in The School and Parish Office!
Don't miss your chance to win $15,000!
Dear Holy Name Families,
On behalf of the Holy Name Oktoberfest Committee, we would like to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year!
Each year, our parish holds two major fundraisers: Oktoberfest in the fall and Mardi Gras in early spring. Not only do these two events bring in much-needed revenue for day-to-day functions on our campus, but they also provide our parishioners and school families with an opportunity to gather for food, fun, & fellowship - a vital component to our beloved parish.
Mark your calendars for this year’s Oktoberfest event: Friday, September 27th & Saturday, September 28th from 5-11pm! Follow the Holy Name Oktoberfest 2024 Facebook page for details and minute-by-minute updates as we draw closer to the event!
So, what can YOU do to help support Oktoberfest? First, join us at the Early Bird dinner on September 8th from 5-6:30pm in the cafe. This dinner is free, but we’ll gladly accept monetary donations. Next, come to the actual event and bring your friends and family! You can use the QR code below to volunteer your time, or donate to the soda drive (happening the week of Sept. 16th). Any student whose family volunteers gets to join us for an ice cream party after fall break! You can also purchase commemorative Oktoberfest t-shirts using the link below (until September 8th). Don’t forget to purchase a BIG RAFFLE ticket for a chance to win up to $18,000 through the school office, parish office, and after all Masses (cash or check only). Any student whose family purchases a ticket earns the week of Sept. 30th out of uniform!
Thank you for your support & Go GIANTS!

Volunteers Needed
Oktoberfest is quickly approaching, and we need your help to make it an awesome event! We are still needing quite a few volunteers to make this night a success. This is also a great opportunity for high-schoolers to earn service hours as well! They can work in the kid zone or as a food server! Please review the sign-up to see how you can help! Remember, every kiddo whose family volunteers gets to join our ice cream party later in October! Holy Name: Oktober Fest 2024 Volunteers (signupgenius.com)

An Extra Pair of Clothes
It's always a good idea to send an extra outfit in your students backpack for emergencies no matter the age! The little kids sometimes have accidents and the big kids spill drinks and food at lunch. The office is depleted of most sizes of extra clothing so please send extra clothes with your student.
