Blacklick School Promise
The Blacklick Promise
We will speak up instead of acting as a bystander.
We choose to particpate in activities that do not involve teasing.
We forgive others if they make poor choices.
We model good behavior.
We accept others for their differences.
We include others in group situations.
We will talk to an adult when there is a problem we cannot manage on our own.
We are powerful in making a difference in our schoool.
Candy for the Troops! Send in your extra Halloween Candy for the Troops!
Again this year, we will be collecting Candy for the Troops! Do you have extra Halloween candy that you would like to donate to the U.S Military? Please send in all of your extra candy to the Blacklick Elementary office beginning November 1 - 10 (*we have extended the deadline to November 10). We will be donating all of the extra candy to THE DENTIST, Dr. Jeff Kirian. He has a dental office in Newark, Ohio. He will then be donating all the candy to the troops!
In addition, the troops that will be receiving our candy are also in need of CANNED MEAT and BABY WIPES. Please feel free to send in these items and we will pass them along to the troops!
