Greetings from Kara 🍂
As we enter October, we are starting to see the environment changing around us. The changing leaves, the cooler nights, and the shorter days are all shifts outside of our control, and often we resist changes we can't control, but what a great opportunity to embrace and welcome the beauty of change. What if we invited the shift? What if we enjoyed the color of the leaves? What if we found comfort in wrapping in a blanket with the windows open? Fall is a metaphor for us to learn for ourselves and teach our clients about sitting with the shift and trusting the process. If we resist or even avoid seeing the change, we may miss out on the beauty that comes with it. I challenge you to make this connection for yourself and your client this month - pause to enjoy and maybe you will uncover the gifts that come with inevitable change. -- Kara
