We had another great week at Windsor. Please see the parent-teacher conference links below. You will need to click on your child's teacher, this will lead you to the Sign-up Genius. Please only sign up for one spot per family. Parent-teacher conferences are a parent-only event.


A separate email has been sent providing you with a construction update, be sure to check it out as there is important information that will impact arrival and dismissal procedures.

Notes from the Nurse:

Health Forms

State Required health forms for incoming Kindergarteners and students new to District 25 are due on or before October 15, 2023. Please be sure to check your email as we have reached out to most families who are still missing information. All 2nd Graders will need an updated Dental Form on or before May 15, 2024.

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH

ROSH HASHANAH

Jewish New Year and holy days. Days of Renewed Responsibility and the first of the High Holy Days. The traditional greeting during Rosh Hashanah is the phrase “Shanah tovah,” which translates to “Good year.”

Yom Kippur

Yom Kippur is the Jewish holiest day, known as Day of Atonement. The 25-hour period is devoted to prayer, fasting, and repentance.

Please also make every effort for your child to arrive at school on time. Missing the beginning of the school day often has a negative impact on students for the rest of the day. Please contact the office if your child will be tardy or needs to leave early!


Student Health: If your child has tested positive for COVID-19, you can notify the school nurse for guidance regarding how many days it is recommended to stay home (5 days with day 0 as onset of symptoms or test day if asymptomatic) per Illinois Department of Public Health.
