Wildcat Weekly Updates
At Washington, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, and regular school attendance is a key factor in reaching that success. We know that students who attend school regularly are more likely to perform well academically, build strong relationships with their peers and teachers, and develop essential life skills.
To support our students in this journey, we’re excited to announce a new initiative aimed at improving attendance across the school. We’ll be scheduling individual meetings with parents, students, and teachers to set personalized goals and discuss ways to overcome any challenges that may be impacting attendance.
- Please practice safety when picking up and dropping your children off at school. Please do not double park in front of the school. Please use the crosswalks when crossing the street.
- Please cross with our crossing guard in the parking lot. Do not walk in between the cars -for your safety.
