We are very excited to announce that the Northridge Local School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign academic and athletic forms for your students. This will take the place of the annual Registration Gateway update that you have made in the past. If you have had a middle school or high school student in the past, you will be familiar with this platform from Athletics.
All current parents within the District (including returning preschoolers) will receive a confirmation email from FinalForms within the next day. Please click on the Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help”.
Please remember, if your address has changed, you will need to provide a new proof of residence.
