💚 💚 February 2025💚 💚
From the Principal
Hello DCPHWFamilies,
It's hard to believe the 100th day of school is right around the corner and spring is not far behind! Teachers are busy preparing for spring field trips as a way to enrich the curriculum and provide students with fun experiences. We just finished our winter benchmark testing and hope you are excited about the progress your child has made so far this year. The DCPHW Staff is committed to providing all students with a focused instructional program while meeting their individual needs.
This month, we observe African American History Month, a time for celebration as well as commemoration. Black history is American history, and this month as well as year-round, we deliberately celebrate and center Black joy, Black liberation, and Black communities. During this month, we ask that you take the time to amplify Black voices and encourage you to visit and learn more about Black communities through Black-led organizations and creators.
As always, thank you for your continued support
Educationally Yours,
Mrs. Dietz
