Note from the Director
Hello everyone!
I was really hoping to tell you the elevator was ready today, but by no fault of our own, we have to wait a little bit longer. Please believe me when I say it will be any day now, and I will send out a special announcement via email to you as soon as it is safe for use!
Now for two pieces of good news! We are thrilled to host The Community Book Read discussion on Monday, Sept 16th at 6PM in the new Gardens Building Meeting Room located at 186 Spring Street (adjacent to the Library Garden). After many years, construction will be complete and we are so excited to share this space with the community! Also, our Friends of the Library will have a used book sale on October 19th & 20th and we are ready to receive your book donations (see flyer below for more details). Thank you for your contributions and support!
All my best,
Christina Danos

Thursdays at 12:30 PM we are reading The Grand Inquisitor. This story within a story (called a poem by its fictional author) is contained within Fyodor Dostoevsky's 1880 novel The Brothers Karamazov.
