I hope everyone had a great weekend! I can't believe it is the last week before spring break...where has the time gone?!

Easley Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Mr. Jacob Queen for winning Easley Teacher of the Year! He is the K-5 teacher of our EC Multiple Handicap classroom and we are so very excited to have him represent us for the 2024-2005 school year. Mr. Queen always goes above and beyond in all aspects of his teaching. He creates a warm and nurturing classroom environment and ensure his students' unique learning needs are met. His strong knowledge base and skill set coupled with his warmth, compassion and high expectations make him a phenomenal EC MU teacher. Congratulations, Mr. Queen!

Next School Year

If you received a lottery seat and have not yet accepted it, but intend to, please do so as soon as possible. Please take a moment and complete the intent form below as it relates to your plans for next year. This information is greatly needed as we continue planning for next schools year. It is really important to have accurate numbers for future lottery pulls. This is also the place to submit any feedback for classroom placement. Classroom placement is a complex placement that we start working on in the April. Class placement requests or feedback submitted outside of this form, runs the risk of not being included in the class placement process. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Principal Hauser or Leah Rubow.

A Message From Your PTA

Thanks for making Apex a success!!!

We are very grateful to the Easley community for making the Apex fundraiser such a success! As a school , we raised over $37,000 that will be added to the PTA budget.

PTA Meeting: March 11th

Our next PTA meeting is Monday, March 11th at 6:30 pm in the media center or via Zoom. The link is on Bloomz and in the email version of this message.

We will be talking about plans for Spring Fling, teacher and staff appreciation events and get a wrap up on the Apex fundraiser—among other topics.
