Principal's Message
Hello Alder Families,
The second week of school at Alder Avenue has proved to be nothing short of exciting. The nerves of the start of the school year have started to subside and our students are settling into the new school year and their routines. It's wonderful to see them adapting to their new environments and fostering relationships with their classmates and teachers.
This week our students learned about what it takes to be successful at Alder, attendance, academics and behavior are the recipe for success. Regular attendance ensures that students don't miss out on valuable learning opportunities. Engaging in academics and completing assignments to the best of their abilities is crucial for their growth and development. Lastly, maintaining positive behavior creates a conducive learning environment for everyone. We encourage you to reinforce these values at home as well.
This year, our theme is "SOAR to New Adventures." We want our students to embrace new challenges, explore their interests, and reach for the stars. Each day at Alder Avenue is an opportunity for our students to grow, learn, and discover their potential. Let's encourage them to spread their wings and soar to new heights!
