FRIENDLY REMINDER!
High School students are not allowed on Ed White grounds during the elementary school day, especially on the playground area. Please use the sidewalks on 1st Street or around the Ed White campus. We, as a district, strive to maintain a safe learning environment for all and ask for your help in accomplishing this.

Sports Registration
The North Scott school district uses Bound to:
- Sign up your student for a sport
- Upload the signed Physical Form
- Electronically sign the Concussion Form
- Electronically sign the HS Activities Handbook (in the Documents section)
- Review Parent Information PowerPoint
- Complete emergency contact information
For the 2023-24 school year, we will no longer accept paper copies of your student's
Physical or Concussion Forms. We will collect their information and documents on North
Scott’s Bound website. This takes place in the “Registration” tab. Instructions may be found here.
This must all be completed prior to participation.

The North Scott Rotary is looking for one junior student interested in applying to attend Iowa RYLA, a 6-day leadership conference held at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. The RYLA conference for 2024 will be held July 14-19. Generally, applicants who are selected have excelled in one or more areas of high school involvement and have proven leadership experience or shown leadership potential. Applicants must be able to stay for all 6 days of the conference from 2:30 PM, Sunday, July 14 to noon, Friday, July 19, 2024. Please contact Mrs. Jepsen (emily.jepsen@north-scott.k12.ia.us) in the counseling office if you are interested in applying. North Scott Rotary will sponsor selected applicants by paying the conference fee of $500.00 per participant.
Registration for Grades 9-11
Counselors met with 9th-11th grade students in their English classes and assisted them with course requests for the 24-25 school year. Parents may view students' academic plans in Infinite Campus.
