- All forms, documents, and contact information updates must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30.
- Note that due to the complexities involved in staffing and balancing classes when creating the building schedule, requests to change blocks and/or courses cannot be accommodated.
- Every effort was made to fill all 7th and 8th grade Related Arts requests; in some cases, requests could not be filled and students were scheduled for alternative selection(s) in the same department. Note that the following courses are not running due to low enrollment/scheduling conflicts: Senior Chorus, Robotics.
- 8th grade parents: Due to the number of Mathematics sections and class sizes, both Mrs. Beach and Dr. Dunphy will teach the 8th grade Algebra I Pathway course.
- 7th grade parents: Please see the attached communication regarding a new ELA/Mathematics "Lab" course for the 2024-2025 school year.

Students participating in FALL sports must have all forms and physicals turned in by the first day of school. Please click here for more information. Dr. Porter will be clearing all sports physicals on Thursday, August 29.
IMMUNIZATIONS:
Incoming 6th Graders MUST have documentation regarding required immunizations turned in before the first day of school. Please refer to my previous emails regarding the same. If we have spoken/emailed regarding your child, I have kept notes and am aware of summer MD visits. Thank you in advance for reaching out to me if you have not already done so. Please drop off a record of immunization to the main office once your child has received these vaccines.
ASTHMA/ALLERGIES/MEDICATIONS:
Epipens/Inhalers/Medication Drop Off: I will be in my office starting August 22 to receive all medications and required forms.
An Asthma Action Plan (signed by parent and MD) must be submitted to the Health Office for students with asthma even if they have MD permission to self-carry their MDI. Please ensure your child has their MDI in their backpack daily if it is not kept in my office.
Allergy Action Plans and corresponding paperwork were sent home in June for students with known allergies; please return all completed forms in the provided bag.
Parents may drop off medications and Epipens at the main office ONLY WITH ALL REQUIRED SIGNED AND STAMPED MEDICATION FORMS at any time.
Signed and stamped Prescription and OTC medication forms must be submitted to the Health Office in order for me to administer medication at school. Please do not send your child to school with ANY medications in their backpacks to be taken during the day as this is against Administrative Code.
