Weekly Devotion
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
The empty tomb stands as the cornerstone of our faith, declaring that Christ has triumphed over sin and death. This victory is not merely a historical event but a living promise that resonates through every season of the Church. In the light of the Easter Season, this verse becomes a powerful reminder that the resurrection secures God’s redemptive plan for us, which is a plan rooted in hope and eternal life.
The resurrection of Jesus is the ultimate fulfillment of God’s promise to bring life from death. Just as the Father raised Jesus, He offers us a future beyond the grave and hope amidst life’s trials. Jeremiah 29:11 was spoken to a people in exile, yearning for restoration. Today, it speaks to us in our own struggles, moments of doubt, loss, or uncertainty. The risen Christ assures us that God’s plans are not thwarted by our circumstances. His resurrection is the guarantee that our future is held in the hands of a loving God who transforms despair into hope.
This Easter Season, let the truth of the resurrection renew your trust in God’s purpose for your life. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead, is at work in you, and will one day raise you from death to life eternal. As you reflect on the empty tomb, rest in the certainty that God’s plans for you are good, purposeful, and anchored in the hope of eternal life with Him.
In Christ,
Pastor Schneider

IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS!
Please take a few minutes to review the procedures for morning drop off. These procedures are to ensure the safety of our students.
- Students who arrive to school by car MUST be dropped off at the St. Peter’s parking lot and walk down the sidewalk to the gym.
- Drivers may NOT park or drop off at the front of the school. With the arrival and departure of buses, this creates an unsafe atmosphere for the students and delays the bus schedule.
- If you want to park at the St. Peter’s parking lot and walk your children to the gym door, you are welcome to do so.
- If your child is arriving to school late (after 8:15), please walk your child into school and sign them in.
Some additional notes:
- Please stay IN line for drop off. DO NOT bypass cars and move to the front of the line.
- When exiting the drop off line please exit onto Elm Street or Bridge Street. Do NOT go through the St. Peter's Day Care parking lot!
- If your child needs help getting their items out of the car, please pull into a parking spot and assist them. You may then walk them to the sidewalk. This will help the flow of the drop off line.
Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring that we keep our students, families, and neighbors safe!
