All new CCPS students must complete an online registration and schedule an enrollment appointment. (Current CCPS Pre-K students enrolling for Kindergarten do not have to complete online registration again.)
Students must be 5 years of age on or before 9/1/25.
After May, 7th you will need to schedule your appointment by contacting The Student Enrollment Center to complete the enrollment process.
The following documents are required for enrollment:
Proof of residency (two documents - see list below)
Georgia driver’s license or photo ID of parent/legal guardian
Proof of legal custody or guardianship if applicable
GA 3231 immunization certificate
GA 3300 vision, hearing, dental, and nutritional certificate for Pre-School, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and new students to Georgia schools
Birth certificate for the student(s)
Social security card for the student(s)
Proof of Residence
Acceptable documentation for proof of residency requires two of the following in the name and current address of the custodial parent/guardian. Please provide the most recent (within the last 30 days):
Electric Bill
Water Bill
Gas Bill
Phone Bill
Cable Bill
Signed Lease
Mortgage Statement (of primary legal residence)
Bank Statement
Georgia Voter Registration Card
Car Tag Registration Receipt
Driver’s License
Government or Court Document (e.g., IRS, Social Security)
Insurance (Medical, Life, Auto, or Home)
If the student and custodial parent/guardian are living with another family and do not have any of the documents listed above, then the supporting family must provide the documents and sign a Residency Affidavit.

The Scholastic Book Fair will visit the CSE library one more time from May 5th-9th. Everything at the fair will be Buy One, Get One Free! You can visit the Book Fair website to set up an eWallet if you want your child to have a cashless shopping experience. Can't wait to see you there!

Library news: Please be on the lookout for all of those overdue and missing library books. The last day to check out new books will be May 9th. Starting the following week, everything will need to be turned in so Mrs. Cole can start inventory. Thanks so much for your help!

NEWS FROM PARENT ENGAGEMENT
Parent Advisory Meeting (PAC) was held on April 17, 2025. At this meeting we went over and discussed the Spring Survey Results, reviewed and approved the CSE Family Engagement Policy for the school year 2025/2026, Members reviewed and approved County Policy as well.
Our room (204) is open from 8:00 - 2:00 every day, why not stop by and check out our Resource Center, volunteer to make copies, laminate and do other jobs to help out our teachers.

It’s hard to believe that another school year is coming to an end. We’ve had a great year here in the Parent/Volunteer workroom and I want to say “Thank You” to everyone who came into Volunteer, whether in the workroom, in the classroom, or took work home. Remember, our work doesn’t end just because the school year comes to a close, everything you do, all the time, makes a difference. We will see you in August.
