Each day, students and staff will have the opportunity to compete in a theme day dress-up competition. Those who participate should email a picture to benditgolden@fultonschools.org, including your name and homeroom teacher, by 11:30 a.m. (All entry photos must be taken on-campus day of competition). Top 3 winners will be announced at the end of each day. Prizes will be provided.

The Department of Fine Arts is proud to present the dazzling musical by Kander & Ebb with choreography inspired by Fosse - CHICAGO: TEEN EDITION. In “Roaring Twenties” Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap... until he finds out he's been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another "Merry Murderess," Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the "American Dream": fame, fortune, and acquittal. Dual Enrollment Resources and Deadlines

The deadline to apply for Summer and Fall terms for Dual Enrollment is March 31, 2025. There are no exceptions.

Summer Dual Enrollment
Students interested in taking summer dual enrollment classes in Georgia (Auburn First excluded) will need to submit their FCS Dual Enrollment Contract and funding application in GAFutures. Class registration opens soon, and this information is needed to approve class funding.

Cambridge HS students – Do you want to know where you score on the SAT or ACT test?

The fee for this test and consultation is $75 - participants also receive a $75 voucher toward any Best in Class college test prep offering.
Looking for help preparing for a test date? Our classes for the upcoming SAT and ACT test dates start 10 weeks before the test date - next SAT starts 3/22, and next ACT 3/29. Seats are available.

An approved Student Guest Form is required for all non-Cambridge students attending prom. The form can be found at the information link above.
- Guests who do not currently attend Cambridge High School must be approved in advance. This can take up to 48 hours, so please do not wait. This includes Cambridge graduates and alumni.
- Only Cambridge students can purchase tickets, so be prepared to purchase tickets for your guests. Tickets are available on GoFan.
- Only one guest allowed per student.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Do not purchase a ticket until your guest has been approved.
- Guest forms are Due March 26, 2025, to the Bridge West front office.
Junior/Senior Lunch Privilege
The next grading period ends on March 14. Reports for the lunch privilege will be run the week of March 24. This gives you a week to make sure notes are turned in for absences, missing work is turned in, and all things are updated. Stickers will be given out the last week of March for those that have earned the privilege. If you are not on the list, it means you didn't earn the privilege. This is your reminder to make sure your notes and assignments are in.
Important Parking Information
Cambridge Students are not allowed to park at any of the neighboring parking lots or streets. This includes Milton Police & Fire Departments, Publix shopping center, and nearby neighborhoods. Parking on campus, for Seniors and select Juniors, is ONLY available with a permit. Students are NOT permitted to park in the lot in front of the building as faculty/staff, visitors, and substitute teachers have reserved parking spaces in that area. Towing a vehicle parked without permission will be at the discretion of the property owner.
Seniors
Class of 2025 Graduation
This is what we know right now:
- The Cambridge High School Class of 2025 will graduate at Ameris Bank Amphitheater on Monday, May 19, at 2:00 pm.
- The last day for Seniors is Friday, May 16.
- Cap and Gown distribution is set for Thursday, March 27, during both lunches in the cafeteria.
- Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Dinner is Friday, May 16, 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Seniors will receive their tickets after rehearsal.
Additional venue information (including parking and ADA), ticket information, senior walks, and events will be sent out as soon as they are finalized through student announcements (Cambridge Headlines), the parent weekly newsletter, and posted to Students & Families > Seniors and Graduation. or through the feature on the front of our website: www.cambridgehs.org.
Honor Graduates for the Class of 2025
Seniors with an overall numeric average of 88 (GPA, weighted, calculated through the first semester of the senior year) or higher are deemed Honor Graduates and qualify to purchase an honor cord to wear at Graduation. Please verify your GPA on your transcript in Infinite Campus. Transcripts can be found under 'Documents, Unofficial Transcript.'
Honor Cords are designated as follows:
- Summa Cum Laude for a numeric average of 96 or higher,
- Magna Cum Laude for a numeric average of 92 or higher, or
- Cum Laude for a numeric average of 88 or higher.
Note that the reported GPA on the transcript does not round up for Honor Cord eligibility. A senior must have a GPA of 88 or higher.
Honor Cords purchased by March 21, 2025, will be distributed with caps and gowns on March 27 during both lunches. Please note that all orders will be verified, and non-qualified senior orders cannot be refunded.
Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Dinner
Mark your calendars for the Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Dinner. The rehearsal is an important and mandatory informational session where instructions on where to go and what to expect at graduation will be reviewed. Graduation tickets will be distributed after the meeting in the theater, and dinner will be held in the cafeteria.

College and Scholarships
College Application Fee Waivers in March
The Georgia Student Finance Commission is pleased to partner with the University System of Georgia, the Technical College System of Georgia, and private colleges and universities in Georgia to provide another round of application fee waivers. Visit GAFutures.org/Apply to College Initiative for a list of colleges offering free applications.
CAA Scholarship
The Cambridge Athletic Association (“CAA”) is very pleased to announce our Annual College Scholarship program, offering one $1,000 scholarship. This scholarship is made possible by the generous contributions of CAA Members and Sponsors. It is designed to recognize outstanding CHS senior student-athletes who have demonstrated exceptional achievement and character on the playing field, in the classroom, and in the school and/or community. The scholarship is available to any senior who participates on a Cambridge athletic team during the current school year and meets the Minimum Criteria listed on www.cambridgebears.com. The deadline for applications is March 27, 2025, and the scholarship winner will be recognized at Honors Night.
Dereef Scholarship Program
In 2024, Fulton County Schools' Chief of Finance was honored with the prestigious ASBO International Eagle Award, generously sponsored by Equitable, a leading financial services company. In recognition of this achievement, Mr. Dereef launched the Dereef College Scholarship Program to support the next generation of leaders.
The program will award one-time $1,000 scholarships to five outstanding students from Fulton County Schools who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or education at institutions such as Clark Atlanta University, Tulane University, or any other accredited institution.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Senior students from Fulton County Schools
- Intending to pursue an undergraduate degree in business or education
Application Deadline:
- All applications must be submitted by March 15, 2025
