Our Week In Review
Our year is off to a great start!
Family Friday
Our Family Friday Lunch begins on September 6. You are welcome to visit our school and eat lunch with your child. First Grade lunch time is from 10:45-11:15 a.m.
There is a new procedure this year for guests checking in to the office. If you plan to eat lunch with your child on a Friday, you must sign up the prior Thursday, before 12:00 p.m. This allows our office staff time to prepare a name tag for your visit.
Here is the sign up link provided by the office staff:

It might be helpful to book mark this link on your desktop.
If you have any questions, please contact Jenny Reynolds at: jereynolds@coppellisd.com
A note from the office:
Remind the parents that due new security protocol by the district, check in the office will be time consuming and last minute late arrivals will have to go thru the process. Arriving early will be necessary to process all visitors. Thank you for supporting the CISD procedures to keeping our students safe.
Technology Update
HEADPHONES NEEDED
We will be receiving our 1 to 1 I pad devices very soon. Each learner will need to provide his or her own headphones. We store these in our cubbies, so durability and comfort are key! Learners tend to prefer headphones with a cushiony earpiece, as opposed to ear buds, that often do not fit properly. We use our I pads with sound for several district online assessments, as well as other enrichments to our curriculum, such as a self guided tour of George Washington's home at Mt. Vernon! Thank you for your support!
