Teams are subject to change. Student ID numbers are associated with lunch numbers and district student email --OR--Use the "Back to School Registration Gateway" letter you received in the mail to view student ID number.

Information for Monday!!!

Here are things we need you to know:


  1. Students MUST wear a mask to school. We have some masks to give them that they will take home, but they must come the first day with their own. Students can keep an extra face covering in their lockers.
  2. We have a new car-rider/bus procedure. Please look further down to read about this.
  3. Be PATIENT with us during the first week. ALL of the processes will improve, but it may be slow-going the first week.
  4. Students will get an agenda on the first day of school. You will either need to send $5 to school (give to advisor) or pay online.
  5. We do not have supervision for students before 7:30am. Please do not drop students before this time.
  6. Please send your child with a water bottle. We only have water bottle filling stations available to students.
  7. Our shipment of lanyards has been delayed - this will impact a few teams. Please be patient with us as we adjust. We are hopeful they will be here this week!

Chromebooks: What you need to know....

  1. Before we can send a Chromebook home with your student, you MUST complete the Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA). You can do this online, by updating your enrollment information (more info. further down) OR you can complete the form (p. 23) from your child's agenda.
  2. If you want insurance, you must pay by September 11th. Information about insurance is on page 24 of your student's agenda. You can purchase online here.
  3. The cost of replacing Chromebooks or parts has increased, please notice replacement costs as you are deciding on insurance (p. 24).
  4. Students will get a charger with their Chromebooks. Chargers should stay at your house. If your student charges his/her Chromebook every night, it WILL stay charged throughout the school day. Please help your student establish a system to charge his/her Chromebook each night.

Car Rider Lines Have Changed!

1. Students should be dropped off between 7:30 & 7:45 am.

2. Dismissal begins at 3:15pm.

3. If you have a 7th grader you will pick up on the East side (closest to HarBer High School) of the building.

4. If you have a 6th grader or students in both grades, you will pick up on the West side (closest to Storms' Orthodontics) of the building.

5. PLEASE do not check students out AFTER 2:45pm. If you do, you may get stuck in the parking lot. Buses will be using the front entrance of the building to pick up and drop off students.

6. When you are dropping students & picking up - PLEASE pull forward as far as you can. Students should be READY to get out as soon as you stop your car.

7. Remind your student to wear his/her mask BEFORE exiting the vehicle.

Worried about using a lock?

Here is a video you can watch with your student about opening lockers. We understand that students have anxiety about using lockers. We will give them time to practice on the first few days for sure!

Last call for Cross Country!

If your 7th grader is interested in being on the Cross Country running team, please contact psullivan@sdale.org as soon as possible. We are finalizing rosters.

School Store is open....

You can find the school store HERE. Every student will need an agenda. You can also purchase Chromebook insurance on this site. Here is a copy of the Acceptable Use Agreement and information about insurance - the replacement costs & insurance costs have changed from last year.

6th Grade Teams Announced!

Use this link to find out what team you are on and who your advisor is this year. Students will report to their advisors on the first day of school and will stay with them the entire first day.

Update Enrollment Information

Letters for this went out this past week.


The letter will provide the students 9 digit student id for user name. Birthdate as the password (xx/xx/xxxx). This should be repeated for each enrolled child.


Using this link ( https://rgupdate.sdale.org/) you will be asked to login and verify your child’s information.
