End of Year Wrap Up

It's been a great school year! As we transition from one school year to the next, we want to provide you with a few opportunities for professional development and help you prepare your Moodle course for the following year.

To help ensure that Moodle runs properly and summer upgrades are seamless, it's important to reset your Moodle course before you leave for summer break. Watch the following video for a how-to guide.

If you used a Google Form this year to collect data and you want to set it up for next year (without creating a new form from scratch), feel free to use these instructions.

With the influx of new technology into the district and the emergence of digital learners in your classrooms, it is our pleasure to offer you the opportunity to participate in an Online Cohort of the Technology Integration Academy! In order to participate in the Online Cohort of TIA, you must have completed your Foundations of Technology Proficiency. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact your Instructional Technologist. Participants may request a maximum of 6 hours flex credit for the Summer TIA cohort. Please register both in Eduphoria and in Moodle.

Today's students have the expectation of accessing learning resources 24 hours a day. The Learning Management System allows the teacher to reach students in and out of the classroom by organizing class resources, creating interactive activities, and more! Join us as we work together to build your blended learning environment in a way that is as rigorous, organized, and active as your physical environment. Three sessions will be offered: Jun 8, Aug 4, & Aug 8; register in Eduphoria (found in Instructional Technology category in Workshop).

ePortfolios provide an authentic way for students to showcase their dynamic abilities, evidence of learning, and individual growth over time while yielding a powerful and comprehensive digital résumé for student reflection. This session will focus on best practices for implementation and cultivation of digital learning. You will walk away with your own ePortfolio and strategies for successful implementation on your campus.
