If your student is returning to Burroughs next year, here are a couple items to help you plan ahead! Have a wonderful Summer!!!

• Full size backpack
• Box of tissues
• Roll of paper towels
• Change of clothes
• Diapers/Pull-Ups and wipes (if child not toilet trained)

• 1 book bag/backpack – large enough to hold a letter size folder.
• 1 set of over-the-ear headphones for I-Ready testing (no ear buds please)
• 2 – 24 count boxes of crayons
• 4 JUMBO glue sticks – unscented please
• 4 bold EXPO dry erase markers
• 2 boxes of tissues
• Ziploc FREEZER bags (1 box of quart bags and 1 box of gallon bags)
• 1 pack baby wipes
• 1 container Clorox Wipes
• Coloring book (for rainy day recess)

*Pencils and scissors will be provided by the classroom teachers. Please do not send them to school.

Please keep in mind that some of these supplies will need replenished throughout the school year.

• Pencils/Pencil sharpener

**Students are expected to learn how to share and work cooperatively with other students and sharing supplies helps promote these social skills. We combine some of these supplies into group bins with the understanding that they are to be shared. Thank you!

· For the 2024-2025 school year, our school will follow state mandated health screenings for students (ORC 3313.69). This typically includes vision and hearing, but may also include blood pressure, a dental screen, and body mass index (BMI).

· As a reminder to parents, both over-the-counter medications and prescription medications (including asthma inhalers and epi-pens) need a medication authorization form completed by both parent and health care provider. These forms are available online at https://www.ccsoh.us/Page/1212
