We urgently need your input!
Each year, Hawthorn School District takes part in the 5Essentials Survey, an essential tool created by the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research. This survey is pivotal in assessing our school's climate and culture, gathering invaluable feedback from students, teachers, and you – the parents. The insights gained are crucial for identifying areas needing improvement and for devising targeted action plans.
Your participation in the parent survey is not just beneficial; it's vital for us to make informed decisions that directly impact your child's education and school environment. Please visit https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/ at your earliest convenience, select the appropriate survey, and lend your voice to this critical process. While the survey remains open until March 29, 2024, we urge you to act promptly to ensure your feedback is included in our planning.
For detailed information about the Illinois 5Essentials Survey or to explore the findings from previous years, visit https://www.5-essentials.org/illinois. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, 5Essentials Client Services is ready to help at 1-866-440-1874 or via email at impact-surveys@uchicago.edu.
Your time and participation are incredibly appreciated. Together, we can continue to enhance Hawthorn's learning environment and ensure our students thrive. Thank you for your immediate attention to this important matter.
