The Book Fair will be open daily this week during school, closing at noon on Friday!

HJH Book Fair Parent Night is Wednesday 2/12/25 from 3:45 - 6:00 PM!

As a reminder, students and staff will be off the next 2 Mondays.

Hamilton ISD along with several other school districts have seen an uptick in the flu recently. If your students are feeling sick, please use your best judgement when determining if they should go to school. While we encourage daily attendance, we do realize that sickness is spreading fast right now. Please use the tips above to help limit the spread of flu!

Math Night is back in full swing! Tuesday from 4 - 5 PM! Please note the time difference, we will be shortening the time by 30 minutes this semester!

This week, students will meet in grade level classrooms as the book fair will be going on in the Library!

We had another great week of school here at Hamilton Junior High School! While learning in the classroom continues every day, our HJH basketball teams finished up their season and transitioned into track and field season!

Extracurricular Highlights:

Our JH Basketball Teams finished up their seasons with positive performances against DeLeon!

Our 7th and 8th Graders will be prepping for track and field season, starting in late February!

Many of our 6th Grade Basketballers played this Saturday in HYCAA action!

Our JH One Act Play have started rehearsals for their Spring performance of "The Trial of Goldilocks."

As we progress along in the spring semester, we are now entering the 5th week of the 4th 6 Weeks grading period! It is imperative that students stay focused on their classwork as we enter into the final weeks of the school year!

Teachers and staff are working hard to help our students show what they know when it comes to end of year testing! We are also busy planning end of the year field trips for our kiddos! While it is a fun time of year, it is also a busy time of year and attendance is extremely important to ensure that students don't fall behind!
