Mission Statement

The SSE Sunshine Committee is a staff led organization dedicated to creating a culture of caring and connection by celebrating fellow staff members achievements, birthdays, and sympathy in times of loss.

Sunshine Dues by October 1st or Earlier.

For the 2018-2019 academic year, the SSE Sunshine is $25 for certified staff and $20 for Non-Certified Staff. Included in membership:

Unstoppable T-Shirt
5 Free Jean Days to be used any day of the year.
4 Leave Early Passes to be used any day of year except on Wednesdays & Early Dismissal Days. (non-certified will need to adjust schedule)
4 Arrive Late Passes to be used any day of the year except on special event days. (non-certified staff will need to adjust schedule)
Birthday Treat on your birthday!

Need a payment plan? No worries- we can set you up with a 2-time payment plan. 1/2 due on October 1st (to lock you in on the fun), and 1/2 due in December or January (you choose the month).

How are Dues Used?

The Sunshine Committee has it's own school account. Since the committee runs on it's own each year, the funds are personalized for that academic year. This year, the sunshine committee will meet once a month on the 4th Wednesday of the Month. The committee is led by Katie Gentry. She will be looking for a co-leader since she is going on maternity leave for a few months in the year. :)
