Dear Families

In literacy we are learning how to use Wondering to help understand a story. In phonics students continue working on words spelled with a controlled-r sound (ar, ir, ur, or, er) and vowel teams (ai, ay,). In Math, we are working on identifying money, story problems using money and measurement. In Science students are beginning an Animal Adventures Unit, where they will learn about different animal habitats. In SEL we continue working on Cooperation. Finally, the Imagination Fair is coming up and there will also be a Book Fair the same evening.

• Watch for Family Journals on Fridays, these should be returned the following Monday.
