Calculating Averages
Enter Classroom Grading Entry Point
Under the Teacher Menu, click on Enter Classroom Grading. This is where you will calculate student averages for the selected course/section.
Open Gradebook
Select the Enter Classroom Grading entry point. On the Course Section List page, highlight a course section and click the Select button to open the Frontline SIS Gradebook.
Report Card Tab
Navigate to the Report Card tab in your gradebook.
Select the blank box that intersects the YRAV column and the All row.
At the bottom of the page, select Calculate Grade. This will calculate the averages for all students.
⚠ Make sure to select Save to save your calculations before navigating off the screen.
Helpful Tips
- If you receive errors regarding students missing grade values, please contact your campus grading clerk.
- DO NOT FINALIZE until you are finished with your grades. If you finalize your grades, you will be unable to calculate averages.
- If you accidentally finalize your grades and need to make changes, please contact your campus grading clerk to unfinalize the course section.
