Cheer Team Update
Exciting Week for McCarthy’s Unified Sports Team!
We’ve had an awesome turnout this week with over 25 students signed up for our Unified Sports program! A big thank you to everyone who has joined. Our students had a fantastic time practicing Wednesday afternoon, and we can’t wait to see their continued progress.
Unified Sports Jamboree – February 20th
The Unified Sports Jamboree is happening on February 20th, and our athletes will be showcasing their skills. This event is a great opportunity for students to experience the joy and camaraderie of sports, regardless of ability.
Unified Team Fundraising for Penguin Plunge & Winni Dip
Our Unified Sports team is gearing up for a special challenge in March! Ms. O'Donnell, Ms. Whalen, Dr. Kobs, Ms. Marcaurelle, and Dr. Esparza will be participating in the Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast Penguin Plunge & Winni Dip in Laconia. It’s all in the name of fundraising for Special Olympics.
Join Us for a Wonderland Plunge!
Want to support our team? You can join the fun at the 26th Annual Plunge and “dip” in the chilly waters of Hampton or Laconia! The theme this year is Alice in Wonderland—so get ready for a whimsical, wild, and cold adventure!
Fundraising info is below—thanks for your support!
Pasta Dinner Fundraisers
Mark your calendars for our upcoming Pasta Dinner Nights on March 20, March 27, and April 3! These events are a great opportunity to bring our community together while raising funds to support student activities at McCarthy. We’re seeking donations of elbow macaroni and tomato sauce to help offset costs. Your generosity will go a long way in making these dinners a success! All proceeds will kickstart our student funds, ensuring a fun and memorable spring as we wrap up our first year as Mustangs.
