STUDENT WORK FOR REMOTE DAYS

All K-2 students received a work packet on Friday afternoon. These should be in backpacks. If you are missing your packet, please reach out to the classroom teacher. We will make efforts to send you the information via email.

DRESS UP ON FRIDAY, JAN 24

This is a special day that we love to celebrate with students.

SNACK CART - FRIDAY

As a fundraiser, we will have a snack cart on Friday, January 24 (THE 100TH DAY OF SCHOOL celebration). Students will be allowed to purchase snacks on this day. PLEASE START SENDING IN MONEY WHEN WE RETURN TO SCHOOL.

District Weather Notification

January 20, 2025

Due to the predicted winter weather, the Russell County School District will be making an adjustment to remote learning for Tuesday, January 21st, and Wednesday, January 22nd. This decision has been made with the safety of our students, families, and staff in mind. Students will not report to school campuses. Students will access assignments posted via Google Classroom and/or paper copies of assignments that were sent home by their teachers on Friday.

All employees will also work from home on Tuesday, January 21st and Wednesday, January 22nd. Employees and parents will need to check or monitor the local news, the district website, www.myrcsd.org, Facebook page, and your email for any updates that may need to be communicated.
