Please dress appropriately for the weather with coats, hats and gloves!

Students who wish to eat breakfast before school should only enter the cafeteria through the front doors at 8:00 am (9:00 am on Weds.). Students who are not eating breakfast should go immediately to the playground by walking around the building. After students finish breakfast, they are expected to go outside. Please remind students of cafeteria expectations by showing RISE behavior.

SPECIAL EVENT WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 20th!!!

As a school-wide incentive, for doing an INCREDIBLE job and hitting our Raptor Run goal, Riverview will host an assembly for ALL students on November 20th with special guest Braden Carlisle - Magician.

He is the host of the Boulder Magic Show and a Colorado-based magician. He is nationally for his one-man show, specializing in family magic and laughter!

As a special BONUS, the Riverview PTCO are also hosting a Family Magic Show night that same evening, November 20th at 6PM at Riverview!

Braden will come back to the stage to perform an ADDITIONAL magic show for students and their families.

Thompson School District’s Choice/Open Enrollment period for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year w

will extend from Friday, November 1 through Friday, December 20. The process is designed for students who wish to attend a school outside of their attendance boundary.

Families are encouraged to submit their application at any time during the enrollment period - Choice Enrollment applications that are received will be entered into the district's lottery system.

Important Note: Due to adjustments to the process this year, some students/families will need to re-apply for choice/open enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year.

After much collaboration with your students, we have decided that we will be performing a selection of scenes as a way to show you and others the hard work the students have been putting into the performing arts this semester. All of the students have selected scenes that they would love to show you and I highly encourage you to come and show your support! Please join us in recognizing the amazing work by our Kindergarten Raptors in our music and art showcase! Our raptors have been working very hard and we would love to celebrate their success so far this year!

A huge thank you to all kindergarten classroom teachers, PE teachers, music teachers, and art teachers for helping showcase our students. Another huge thank you to all kindergarten parents, guardians, and families! We look forward to seeing you there!
