West Austin Neighborhood Group News
ANNUAL MEETING and ACL Information for the Neighborhood
ANNUAL WANG Meeting (Sunday)
at LIONS MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE CLUB HOUSE......
The focus of the meeting will be CodeNext, a process by which every property in the City will be rezoned. The neighborhood association’s position is that what is currently envisioned does not follow our City Council adopted neighborhood plan and does not reflect how we envision our neighborhood. Come join us and voice your opinion. If you can’t make the meeting, the newsletter has a membership form or you can join online. Strength in numbers; this will affect all of us.
Here is a link to the Annual Newsletter in PDF format, the previous (Mail Chimp) newsletter sent had some formatting issues (that monkey can be difficult sometimes..:-)

Low Flying Aircraft FAA low flying aircraft information. The San Antonio Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) is the office that would take complaints about safety violations. That number is (800) 292-2023.
The FAA does not, however, take calls regarding nuisance complaints. Nuisance/aircraft noise complaints would go to the Aviation Department.
Stephen Dick Stephen.dick@austintexas.gov would be the point of contact for those. Number is (512) 530-5541.
