Should you need to change your child’s transportation during the school day, you will need to send a signed note to your child’s teacher and send an email with the transportation change to bushtransportationchanges@conroeisd.net.

All transportation changes must be received by 2:00 PM. No transportation changes will be accepted over the phone.

Bush Bucks are an incentive used to reward students for exhibiting the Bush Guidelines for Success: Responsibility, Integrity, Kindness, and Resilience. A few times a year, students get to spend their Bush Bucks on prizes at our school store. If you would like to donate to our school store, please visit our Amazon Wish List! Thank you for your donations! The students love visiting our school store.

Parents who wish to volunteer at any of our CISD campuses or CISD events next school year must submit a volunteer application through the district website. You must reapply every school year!

Family Assistance & Community Resources

Throughout the year, different organizations come to Bush Elementary wanting to assist our students and families with school supplies, clothing, and other various needs. The Family Educational Rights and privacy Act, a federal law that makes student educational records confidential, prohibits us from releasing student information to these agencies without your permission. To help us work with these groups in the most efficient way possible, we ask that if you are interested in such assistance, you complete the google assistance form, using the link below.

These assistance programs vary from year to year. Giving us permission to release your information does not automatically mean you will receive assistance. It does let us know that you would welcome such assistance and would be willing to have your information released to these organizations. In turn, these groups agree to use your information only for the purpose of their assistance program(s). It is also required that your consent for release of information be updated annually. If you have a question, feel free to contact your child’s counselor.

Calling all volunteers! Bush is hosting a Volunteer Training on Tuesday, Aug. 27 at 9:30 am for families planning to volunteer at school this year. Whether in the classroom, copy room, an event or as a Room Parent, this training will provide all you need to know about volunteering on campus.
