Hello, Adams Families!
I am thrilled to announce that I have been appointed as the new Principal of Adams Middle School. It is an honor to step into this role, and I am eager to begin this journey with all of you.
Adams Middle School holds a special place in my heart. I have always been impressed by our students' enthusiasm, our staff's hard work and passion, and our families' unwavering support. Together, we have built a strong and vibrant school community, and I am committed to continuing this legacy.
In my new role, one of my focus areas will be creating a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Education is a collaborative effort, and I am excited to work closely with our talented teachers, supportive parents, and, most importantly, our amazing students.
As we embark on this new chapter, I welcome your ideas, feedback, and involvement. My door is always open, and I am here to listen and support each community member. Together, we can achieve great things and ensure that Adams Middle School remains where everyone can thrive.
Momma and a Wife
My family is my world. I have two daughters and a son! My husband and I are officially empty nesters now that all of our children are in college or trade school!
- BA in ELA and Communication Arts in 2003 from EMU
- 6-12 Teaching Certificate from EMU in 2007
- Masters in Educational Leadership in 2012 from Concordia University
- Worked for the WAY Program from 2010-2018 as an online teacher
- Taught 7th and 8th grade ELA at Franklin Middle School
- Taught grades 9-12 ELA at Wayne Memorial High School
- Assistant Principal at Wayne Memorial in 2019
- Moved to Adams Middle School in 2022, as the Assistant Principal
